Refurbishment of two apartments located in the noble floor of a building in the center of Girona.
Intended for sale, the design of both apartments has focused on organizing the day areas -kitchen, living and dining rooms- towards the fantastic back terraces, and locate the night spaces -bedrooms and bathrooms- towards the main street facade. The interior is stripped of all finishes, in order to retrieve the original textures of manual brick and ceramic vaults of the ceiling.
De-compartimentalize has allowed to create open spaces with better natural light and ventilation.
The design has followed sustainability criteria, correcting the efficiency of the apartments, and in consequence reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, while also improving the comfort of its future users.
